My Methods

I use powerful assessment tools, ask probing questions, and assign revealing exercises. I will not use self-report assessments when it comes to natural abilities, considering most people do not have that much insight into which of their "abilities" are innate and which are really rich skill sets (which may be accounting for those daily tension headaches). I will use actual work samples that will key on natural abilities and not allow skill sets to kick in and perform the task. 

With today's technology, most coaches serve clients nation wide.  Most of my assessments can be taken online by clients and the results electronically transferred to me.  I  have coached clients long distance throughout the country.

For my corporate clients  I will come onsite to coach employees or deliver outplacement services, if preferred.

*A teleclass works this way: You will be given a special telephone number after you register for a class. You will then call in to the bridge line at the appointed time. It’s a class by telephone! Everyone checks in and participates. Class handouts are sent by e-mail. Some of the classes are free. You will pay your customary long distance rate.
