Below are some typical packaged services that we offer to our career clients.  We guarantee our services, in that if you are not satisfied with the results of your work with us in the first month, we will refund all fees less the cost of purchased assessments and materials used.

 

Try an Assessment /Get an Introductory Coaching Session

r $79 Introductory Offer. Here is a way for you to get immediate, highly useful personal insights and an opportunity to schedule an introductory session with one of our coaches to discuss your coaching needs. You will receive an online access code to complete one of our favorite assessments--the Inscape DiSC Personal Profile. The assessment should take you less than 20 minutes to complete and will give you immediate access to a printable 20+ page report of your natural behavioral strengths and challenges, as well as information about the behavior styles that others use. You will love the information that you get and should find it quite useful in your personal and professional life. It is a must-have tool for those contemplating career change. Following your assessment you can email us  to set up an appointment for a 30 minute session to discuss the application of the DiSC to your career situation.

r $450** for an in-depth career assessment that is like a CT scan of your natural talents and personal style, including: an intake session, the gold standard Highlands Ability Battery career assessment test, a full report of your results and 90 minutes of individual feedback by phone. This forms a wonderful foundation for further coaching services as described in the Ongoing Career Coaching services section down below.

Set up 3 monthly credit card payments of $155

r $179** for Highlands Club, including:  Take the Highlands Ability Battery online at your leisure, get a full report and attend a follow-up group feedback session of your choice, generally scheduled on the first Tuesday of each month from 7:00-8:30 pm.  An economical way to get started with your coaching and/or get general feedback on the unique attributes measured by this gold standard career assessment and how they impact each other. You may attend the session any month upon completing the battery and you may attend more than once if interested. Conference line number and next session date will be supplied when assessment is completed.

Ongoing Career Coaching Services:

r $950** Fast Track Package for first month individual career coaching by telephone from both Jean Ann and Michelle, including: an intake session, the gold standard Highlands Ability Battery and two other career assessment tests, 60-90 minutes coaching from each of us and a final joint session with both coaches. Many find this to be enough to get them "unstuck", but, if desired, you may elect to continue with either coach at the monthly rate.

r $600** for the Life Vision Package, including 6 scheduled sessions that will lead you toward creating a Strategic Vision for your life and career using powerful visual tools for personal inquiry and development. Your work will produce a notebook portfolio of individualized visual "maps" that will chronicle your personal history, what's important to you today, your dreams for the future, the development of a compelling personal vision and commitment to a personal plan for action to achieve it.  This is a very powerful follow-up to the career assessments taken during the first month of coaching as outlined above. Or it can stand alone.

r $299** for the Monthly Coaching Package, which includes three scheduled 40 minute individual sessions. Topics like resume development, interview preparation, as well as career selection and other ongoing career issues, can be addressed in these sessions.
