He then let everyone know of all of the great real estate available in the Morgantown area and - whether you were buying or selling - things were looking pretty good. He was concerned that people tuning into the national broadcasts might create a self - fulfilling prophecy. I also know of several contractors in this area who have talked about how well their businesses are doing. Reporting from the field... Go Morgantown, WV!
